カバードブリッジ公園 ツアーとアクティビティ

We visited this hotel after having a bad experience at another local hotel. Upon arrival we met Kyle. He sympathized with the experience we had at the other hotel, offered us an early check in, waving the fee and provided us with pool passes until the check in time. He also made recommendations of things to do in the area and gave us a late check out time. We were initially staying at the other hotel for 2 nights but decided to cancel the 2nd night and stay here instead, mainly because of the extraordinary service from Kyle. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the hotel amenities and local area, very professional and well groomed. He also was clearly concerned about his customers and their experience at the hotel. He turned what started out being a disastrous vacation to an experience we truly enjoyed. We appreciated him going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much Kyle for the wonderful experience and thanks Valley Forge for hiring him.

今回と数日後２回滞在させて頂きました。 立地が良く徒歩にて諸々観光が出来ます。 スタッフ（支配人自ら卒先して接客）が大変親切です。

スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、ひとりでホテルスティケーションを快適に過ごせました。また泊まりたいと思います。
