"If you want to have a holiday here at Easter be mindful that they don’t see it as a part of the main holiday season; more maintance season for them. Half way through our stay the bar was closed. We had areas of the pool sectioned off to paint the area. We had no notification. They had decided to renew all the sofa beds so there were numerous mountains of broken furniture everywhere. On our arrival they were asking €10 per day to park your car. A hidden charge that I didn’t appreciate. Given the location of the complex to amenities, this was unfair. Off site parking was then at a premium, and the grounds empty. I must be not the only one who thought the prices were unjust. But the rooms were clean, laundry renewed regularly. The size of accommodation is ideal. "

"We stayed only 1 night and everything was perfect. Probably the swimming pool was a bit smaller than on the pictures but it was expected it, all hotels always do pictures like that"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the pool area and it also has a great little spa, although we didn’t get time to use it. The breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet variety and also fresh food cooked to order. Just a couple of things took away from the 5 star experience: the room l booked was with a balcony but the one got didn’t have one. Also there were times where it felt the hotel was understaffed, one time we waited at the pool bar for drinks and no one came to serve us and also there was only one person on reception. But on the whole the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very relaxing and I would come back"

"Maria was easy to contact and very accommodating.A nice, spacious villa in a quiet area yet within strolling distance of the coast.We checked in on 30/03/26 and the weather was quite cool for our stay.We found only enough hot water for 3 showers at a time but phasing of use worked.A spacious villa for 8 persons"

"The house was spacious and well located near the town of Alcudia and small local beaches. You need a car to get there.The house and garden was comfortable in a quiet location on a hill. It only had airconditioning in 2 bedrooms and the home would benefit from airconditioning in the 3rd bedroom, the living room and the small kitchen which gets too hot if you want to cook there. The outside garden with the terrace was extremely nice. We (a family of 6) enjoyed our time there."

"Bei Anreise war der Pool leer, die .Möbel im Haus abgenutzt und fleckig , Wasserkocher , Toaster und Duschkopfaufhängung defekt. In der ganzen Wohnung roch es wie in einer Kläranlage, von uns gekaufte Reinigungsmittel und Duftsprays konnten das nur minimal verbessern .Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg eine Katastrophe und nur über whatsapp möglich . Am 2. Tag wurde Wasser in den pool geliefert,das von der Qualität her so schlecht war ,das sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit Algen gebildet haben und das Wasser von kleinen Würmern übersät war. Ein offensichtliches Leck im Pool sorgte dafür das jeden Tag Wasser verloren ging und der Pool nach einer Woche fast wieder leer war. Der Vermieter beschuldigte uns das Wasser durch das Benutzen von Sonnencreme verdorben zu habe und behielt die Kaution von 300 ohne weitere Kommunikation einfach ein . Wir würden dieses Objekt niemals wieder mieten ."
