Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with harbour views.

On Tuesdays and Fridays very nice market in the centre of Courseulles.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park at the bottom of the building.
