The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, this charming 46 m² apartment in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than 100 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a 24 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi included.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 24 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or bike rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Edit park, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, Casino, bowling, mini golf, skate-park...
Visit the Juno Beach Museum between the sea and the apartment, within walking distance. Discovery of D-Day beaches and museums.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private garage on the ground floor of the building. Depending on the season, outdoor parking spaces are available close to the building.

- Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet airport 27.2 km (33 minutes by car).

L'Edulis "Our apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, which for us is a must. Well equipped kitchen (but we had to purchase a corkscrew) We would stay again."

Nous avons passé un grand week-ends de 4 jours pour visiter les plages du débarquement ! Le quartier est calme et plutôt bien situé que ce soit dans la ville ou dans le département pour faire les visites.

L'Edulis "Abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano, con ascensore, di questo stabile nuovo. L’alloggio completamente arredato, ampio e luminoso soggiorno con cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Bagno grande, camera con letto molto comodo. Lo stabile si trova in prossimità di Juno Beach e di numerosi ristoranti e negozi. L’agenzia ci ha fornito indicazioni molto precise, corredate di foto, per il check in e il check out che avvengono in autonomia. Noi abbiamo deciso di noleggiare la biancheria (letto, asciugamani e tappetino doccia) che sono risultati di ottima qualità. Parcheggi liberi in strada ma la locazione o prende anche un box auto. Molto soddisfatti, consigliamo vivamente"

L'Edulis Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Courseulles. Die Wohnung ist äußerst komfortabel, modern, sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Großes, helles Wohnzimmer. Gemütliches Schlafzimmer und schönes großes Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig zum Strand und ins Zentrum des schönen Orts. Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert dank der sehr professionellen Infos der Agentur (detaillierte Beschreibung mit Fotos). Der Kontakt zur Agentur lief auch reibungslos. Unser Ansprechpartner nahm ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft Kontakt mit uns auf, um uns alles zu erklären. Sehr aufmerksam! Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank der Agentur für den perfekten Service.

Petit bemol côte équipement cuisine très minimaliste : 2 petites casseroles, petites poêles, pas de saladier, ni recipient pour cuire des moules par exemple. Pas de tire-bouchon non plus !!! (Heureusement nous sommes équipés). Et ds le kit nettoyage juste une éponge à vaisselle et un petit chiffon, pas assez pour cuisine et sdbain. Ns avons dû acheter sur place. Hormis cet aspect c’est une bonne adresse."

L'Edulis Nous sommes venus dans la région pour visiter les plages du débarquement et les différents mémoriaux. A 50 KM à la ronde de Courselles sur mer ils nous étaient possible de faire de belles visites ( BAYEUX - CAEN - DEAUVILLE). Nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour.

L'Edulis "L’arrivée s’est fait très simplement avec des instructions claires. Le logement est très propre et sentait bon. Spacieux et fonctionnel. Rien à redire. Attention peut être pour la place de parking car il s’agit d’un box fermé , il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Sinon des places gratuites sont accessibles dans la rue sans problème."
