We understand the clash of cultures and have therefore done what is necessary by bringing you fresh bread, as requested.You speak of rudeness, discourtesy and lack of education of our teams, who were recruited for their skills, their values and the passion that drives them every day. Our Collaborators would never allow themselves to display the unpleasant behavior you describe.You seem to forget the inappropriate behavior you have shown during your stay: damage, disappearance of decorative objects, and excessive disturbance that have earned us several complaints from our guests who were annoyed by the unpleasant behavior of your children. To tell the truth, we are quite surprised by your comment concerning the transportation. A shuttle is indeed available every 15 minutes in front of the Hotel, to reach Courchevel 1650 and 1850.
