"The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. "

"When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled like weed. Our first room didn't have any hot water, ( because of the renovations) so we had to move to another one. It was clean and had hot water. The air conditioner kept in cool in the room( thank goodness). Overall our stay was good and quiet. We didn't have the breakfast. The only problem we seen was that it needs a bigger parking lot."

"The property is older, in need of updating. The bed was very comfortable. The linen was soft, appeared good quality. The room and hallway musty and dark, understandable when there are no windows to open. Shower was hot, good water pressure. The potty was very low, looked to be for a toddler rather than adults. But that’s the way they used to be…. Another upgrade needed. When u are older with a bad back, it’s difficult. Not the 1st place that had one of those very low potty’s."

"This cabin was the perfect little respite our family needed before our boys started their summer camps. Everything you need is there. It allowed us to relax and enjoy the start of summer together. RENT THE KAYAKS! Totally recommend renting the kayaks. My boys paddled around and even caught fish from them. They were a great bonus to the cabin. The trampoline in the lake was also perfect. It let my teenagers act like kids again! The cabin itself was very clean and cozy. The hosts were easy to get a hold of when I had a question and quick to respond. This was a great cabin in a great location with great distractions from city life. Highly recommend."

"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of things quickly and didn't restock - muffins, bacon, and breads were most noted over our stay. The juice from the machine was awful though. Overall, would stay again. Nice location and close to shopping and highways, but still very quiet."
