"Check in wasn't until 4:00pm, we got there 3:00pm person at the front desk upgraded us with a suite room. My wife and I really enjoyed the concert that we went to and the facilities as well."

There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional.
