Daily cleaning was underwhelming, although the room service was excellent. The reception staff’s attitude left much to be desired. Be cautious at checkout: we were charged for minibar items we did not consume—two bottles of water totaling R$24—even though we were certain we didn’t touch anything. The receptionist insisted, and while we didn’t argue, it was frustrating. Checkout itself also takes a long time. Location wise: if you want a quieter, sauter and cleaner neighborhood, it is good but it is far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel does not meet typical 4-star standards. "
