いろいろ課金される

部屋は快適ですが、3人宿泊に対し、部屋置きのペットボトルの水が一本、駐車場が有料などなにかとセコイ印象です。またwifiも有料と、ホテルの課金する姿勢が鼻につきました。

綺麗なホテルです

とても綺麗なホテルでした。サウスコーストプラザが近く、とても便利でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。フリーWiFiが使えたら、もっとよかたです。ホテル内のスタバは商品の数が多くて良かったです。

ハウスメイドに感謝

エレベーター近くの部屋にしてくれたので両親が移動が楽だと喜びました。ある日ハウスメイドがチップを置いたままにしてありました。母が置いたチップに誤って旧100ドル札が含まれていたからです。私達家族はとても感心しました。フロントで感謝を伝え改めてチップをハウスメイドに渡してもらえるよう頼みました。スタッフ全てが親切です。

I asked for something special for my boyfriend‘s birthday and they said they would do it but then when we arrived, they didn’t do it because I didn’t pay for it. All I wanted was a little card and maybe a little treat nothing too extravagant, but they said they didn’t charge me so they didn’t do it. I hate these rich hotels, they milk us, for every penny.

What a treat, staying at the Westin and enjoying a show at the Performing Arts Center. No hassle with parking, lines, a long drive home ... we enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the Westin. Bonus: early check in and noon check out - at no extra cost. Nice!
