"Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. "

"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. "The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on check in. We chose the hotel due to its location and they accept dogs. The charge was a reasonable €16.50 for our dog and there was a dog bed, 2 bowls and a treat in our room. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle and coffee machine in the room. This is a boutique hotel so no bar as such but it has a cafe on the ground floor with outdoor seating (it is in a pedestrian area) and you can buy drinks and take them up to the rooftop terrace. We stayed in the room at the top which also has some outdoor space. As others have mentioned the room and bathroom could do with being updated but we felt it offered good value for money. Parking Canajelas is 5 minutes away and was €25 overnight."

"Absolutely wonderful 2 night stay….staff amazing from reception to both restaurants. Great location and gorgeous sea views and adjacent to beautiful gardens with waterfall and topiary’s. At breakfast if you are a tea drinker place the order with a member of staff who has the trolley as there is no self serve tea making facilities. The food offerings were excellent for gluten free and had an omelette station too. "
