「Recently renovated so rooms look like new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only did be and breakfast so explored local restaurants and bars which are 15 minutes walk away.」

「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

「awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up.」
