The villa was perfect for us a fantastic size, modern, clean with a great kitchen full of utensils for a family of 11. "Simply out of this world !! Outside terrace is beautiful with plenty of space to relax in the sun and shade. There are table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. What doesn’t come across in the photos is the nothing short of phenomenal service that Tania & Joe bring. They both bend over backwards to help with anything. "The villa is absolutely amazing has everything you could possibly ask for!! The location is a bit far out and taxis are difficult to get in Santa Pola we would recommend hiring a car. With a large group we managed with online grocery deliveries. Only suggestion we would have is a handbook for guidance with where to go for groceries/ restaurants/what to see in Santa Pola. "Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

"Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages."

"Overall the property was excellent, large rooms, exceptionally clean well equipped in most areas, and a sea view to die for, and we counted 5 swimming pools on the complex, perfect for families. We stayed for a 4 week winter period, which we think was a new experience for the host as the beds weren’t set up for the very cold nights.
