Welcome to our beautiful traditional apartment in a townhouse in the heart of the historic centre of Cospicua, also known as Bormla part of the glorious Three Cities which are full of history and beauty inside the Grand harbour. The property is located within walking distance from Dock 1 and the luxurious Grand harbour marina and to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station, therefore it makes it easy to have access to all towns around the island. There is also a ferry within walking distance (600m) which takes you in the heart of the capital city Valletta Upper Barraka gardens for the price of €1.50/€2.00 per person which leads to more ferries that take you to Gozo, Sliema and the Cruise ships. A lot of great restaurants in the vicinity where one can enjoy a walk on the promenade around the harbour, the waterfront and marina. If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`. For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Bormla but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel

- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
