"The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return."

"Our host was extremely hospitable from the moment we entered the property. Making sure we were comfortable with the accommodations and helping us bring our bags upstairs, our host was friendly and was very responsive with any communication leading to our stay. The terrace gave a beautiful view of the ocean with an exquisite view of the sunset. Some options for meals outside of the vrbo, however most restaurants found were attached to a hotel which was great! We did have to drive about 20 mins...

This property was able to accommodate our group of 13 and we are all still raving about the views and the pool! San Lucido was not far away and had nice grocery stores and gelaterias. Great spot to vacation!"

"This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!"

"Wir haben das Haus für 3 Wochen mit unseren 2 Töchtern gemietet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wunderschön an einer ganz schmalen Privatstrasse gelegen, inmitten von Olivenwäldchen mit schönem Blick auf das Städtchen und in Ferne auf das Meer. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, die Fenster haben alle hervorragende Mückengitter. Leider funktionierten Wlan und Elektrogrill nicht. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage aber es ist auch bei großer Hitze nie zu warm...

Cosenza Charm

"It is a lovely blend of charm with modern convenience. The building is relatively new, but the rooms have been designed to look like a beautiful charming Italian villa style. The couple that run the BnB are extremely sweet and helpful. I would particularly heed her recommendations regarding restaurants, as they were excellent. We have been traveling for over a month, in many of the best foodie towns in Southern Europe, eating at great restaurants, and her recommendations … in Cosenza (!) were among the best. The highlight was the breakfast, which she prepared. The pastries were delectable. If I had one slight critique, it is the location. It is in a relatively quiet and relaxing part of town, but it is a bit of a hike from the historical center and other attractions in Consenza. Of course, the walk is lovely. You can walk town a narrow but very long park that is vibrant and pretty, with a great mountain view. "
