- Nice indipendent stone villa which have been recently restored. This property is situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which is only 10 km away. The villa offers comfortable interiors furnished in a rustic style and provide a private furnished outdoor area.
A secondary road connecting the small villages on the hills surrounding Cortona passes nearby.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Distances: Portole with a food shops and a restaurant 500 m away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 9 km, Lake Trasimeno approx. 20 km away, Città di Castello 30 km away. Arezzo 35 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,45 m – open from 29/04 to 31/10), barbecue, playground for children. Parking within the grounds. The villa is provided with a laundry room and with air-conditioning.
