Located on the 'piano nobile' first floor of the historic Palazzo Bourbon di Petrella, the second apartment features original hand painted ceilings and ornate furniture. Carefully restored with a large focus on retaining all original features, this apartment has one bedroom decorated in green silks on both the walls and bed. Orignal stone floors and two large windows look out on the main street of Via Guelfa. The bathroom is brand new; stone floors, double sinks and a large walk in rain shower, with a small outdoor balcony and a tiny hidden alcove above the bathroom. The dining room has two large window & is elaborately decorated with gold and blue, featuring an original (unused) fireplace, and a small, modern fitted kitchen. It includes two electric hobs, a fridge, a sink and all kitchen equipment. A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old) can fit in this Apartment.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 4 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
