Casa Vittoria 2 - Apartment with swimming pool
Beautiful property comprising 3 nice private villas situated in quiet and dominating location near the charming medieval town of Cortona. These 3 accommodations offer beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and enjoy use of a nice swimming-pool (accessible by some steps). All of the 3 villas are tastefully furnished and can be rented together in order to have an independent property with private swimming-pool. The access to the property is via 100 m of an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1,5 km away, Camucia (railway station) 4 km, Arezzo 30 km. Lake Trasimaneno is approx. 15 km away.
At guests’ disposal: terraced garden, swimming-pool (9 x 4 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09) to be shared among the 3 units, barbecue. Telephone and outside laundry available. Villa Vittoria provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Baby bed available on request at € 26,- / per week (to be paid locally). Extra bed available on request at € 52,- / per week (payment on site). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour payable on the spot). Cook service available on request. Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week.
Check-in on Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.00.

The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Babycot, Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Wonderful honeymoon. Everything was very harmonious in the beautiful house in the great garden with swimming pool. Cortona is beautiful and a day at Lake Trasimeno is also very relaxing.
