Family Vacation
Property was clean and spacious everyone had a place to chill. Central location for all our events. The property manager even checked on us because the hurricane was on the way.

Family fun
This is the second time we stayed here. This time around, we did not receive the code to enter so we had to spend half an hour on the phone with VRBO to get in contact with the owner. The home also needs updates for ceiling fans and air conditioning as there was no ceiling fans working properly or at all. They put plug in fans or a portable unit in the rooms and a couple were still very warm. The beds were all different, some slightly uncomfortable or uneven. I don't recall these issues the first time two years ago. All and all, it was nice having the family all together and good for the price.

Perfect for a large family!
The location is walking distance from restaurants, the ocean, souvenir shops, the aquarium, and US Lexington. The house it self has plenty of space to accommodate a large group and have privacy. HEB is 9 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to all the fun things
The only bad thing was the noise. We were in walking distance, all the things were provided, and we had an awesome trip. It really depends on your hearing and the group you're with. Our group included a bunch of hyper hearing people, and across the street is a saloon(nothing crazy, just music.) Overall, we slept well, and had so much fun! This was absolutely great for our family of 8, myself, my husband, and our 6 kids, ages 18, 17, 9 yo twins, and 5 yo twins. We may have been louder during the day than the neighbors! The property is just as described and our kids played on the grass around the apartment, as well as writing all over with chalk. The Texas State aquarium and USS Lexington were very close, walking for all of us. We cooked in and washed the dishes and laundry every night, which saved a ton of money and space for us. Thank you for letting us stay and have fun!

Great location
We had a good time while in CC. Rental property was exactly as it was described,plenty of room for all us, Everything we needed was provided. Place was nice & clean, checking in was fast and easy and host was always available for questions and concerns.We will definitely be returning and looking forward to stay here again.

Fantastic location
Walking distance to the beach and the Lexington. We had 11 people in our group and had plenty of room. Price was unbeatable. I plan to rent this property again this summer when we have more time to visit the Aquarium. Immediate response from the hosts for all my questions.

Was close to the beach and shopping. Restaurant was also close. Lots of room inside for everyone.
Everyone enjoyed there stay. Wished they had regular TV. Need to have extra trash bags and toilet paper.

the property had plenty of room for all of us. very open. everything was walking distance. we had a great time. would rent again and recommend it. could probably use a new set of pots and pans. we cooked while there and made do but otherwise every thing was good.

Great location
This place had plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were very nice. The master bed is very firm. Walking distance to the beach and a fishing pier. Great place for the price. Host was always available for questions quick response.

Perfect set up for large family.
Loved the set up as we only have two teens who needed twin beds and the rest were larger. One thing was that our handicapped mother had a hard time getting on the beds and the master bed was pretty hard, more than firm. Also wish the dining table was larger. But there was plenty of chairs available to pull around. Other than that, great location, would consider staying again definitely.

Cool place to stay
The place lives up to its name, the aquarium and museum are right next to you and it is a walkable distance. The place has a very spacious living room which makes it great for big groups. The place gives you a different feeling when you see it since it doesn’t look like a house but you get use to it. I would definitely come again to this location.

Could not have been more perfect
We needed a large space (5BR) but still wanted to be near NorthBeach and downtown. This rental was fantastic. We had 10 adults and the space was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was clean, neat and roomy. Dealing with Tobias was easy, quick and seamless. We are definitely staying here again!
