LIVING AREAS

After soaking up the sun at the beach, retreat to the welcoming living area, furnished with a plush sofa and two love seats. Gather around the 47” TV to watch all of your favorite programs. 20'-tall ceilings create a light and airy feel.

The upstairs loft is outfitted with a comfy futon.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of updated appliances.

THE LOCATION

Drive 4 minutes to the beach from this coastal remodel on the shores of Corpus Christi. A plethora of dining options, shops, and hot spots are all located within an easy 15-minute walk.

Venture north to Mustang Island State Park (5.3 miles) or south to Padre Island National Seashore (14.4 miles) for bird-watching and exploration of the area’s natural beaches.

Downtown Corpus Christi is just 22 minutes away by car.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: Close to Beaches. Lots of space. Swimming pool. Close to gift shops. Plenty of food options and stores within a few minutes. Easy check in and check out. Cons: You're being spied on during your trip by other property owners that live there. They don't abide by the rules in which they have listed. They will try to fine you if they can't see your parking pass. The dishwasher doesn't work correctly.

Not really beach front but near a ‘pond’. Had to walk a ways to get to it. Upstairs shower never worked while we were there and my main reason renting was the 2.5 bath situation. Let them know right away once we realized it didn’t work. Very disappointed in the shower situation. Asked for a slight refund also. Not very cooperative in taking responsibility for the broken shower.

The property was nicely decorated and overall clean. The internet did not work at all the whole week I called customer service, rebooted the modem, nothing worked, I asked if the bill had been paid for the service they checked with the local people, never heard back. There is a glass shelve unit with glasses on it that looked like it had not been dusted in a month. Nice display just dusty. But except for that the place was clean. Nice dishes, pots and pans, comfortable beds, great furniture, washer and dryer worked great.

Why anyone would put carpet in a beach house is beyond me. Sticky, stained, and disgusting. Plenty of room for a larger group and not far from the beach and restaurants. However, the beds so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Not nearly enough bath towels/wash cloths for our group for three nights. Two dirty towels from a previous stay were left hanging in a bedroom. We came back one day to find an ant infestation in an upstairs bedroom-in the bed. No food or other attraction in there for them. Reached out to the management company and received an automated message with no follow-up, no solutions, and no alternate way to reach out to anyone. Overall…meh. It’s fine in a pinch, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The house was clean and pleasantly furnished. Comfortable layout. Lots of room. Outside the swimming pool was a good addition. The one area barbecue was sad. House in a somewhat desolate area. Not practical to walk to beach but several beaches within a short drive. Within a short drive to restaurants and stores.

Older townhomes but very clean and in an excellent location. It accommodated 3 couples with plenty of room. Maybe needs new carpet in downstairs bedroom but doable and we would definitely stay again. We don’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. For the price we would recommend.

We enjoyed the layout of this place. Lots of natural light and a good bedroom layout for our family of four plus grandma. The washer and dryer were fantastic, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen easy and spacious for meal prep. Also appreciated having beach towels on hand! I would be careful if you have a young child - my toddler found ways to climb up on these overlook type features in the house, fortunately we were supervising closely enough he didn't tumble over! There was also a dresser in the "kids" room he nearly pulled down onto himself. Not a very secure furniture piece, and might consider replacing that with something sturdier or securing it to the wall to prevent an accident. My older son (7) was fine and enjoyed the book and game selection, so I think kids who are a little older would be fine here. The only other downside was the construction on the road that others had mentioned. It took us a while to figure out how to enter/exit safely, but once we figured it out, it wasn't so bad. Other than that, the location is pretty great because you can go one direction for beaches and one direction to get to the city and all its amenities and restaurants. Port A is also a stone's throw away! Thanks for a fun stay!

The property was clean and our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4 and bonus of being able to park our car in the garage during our stay. The pool is deceivingly small, however the beach is right up the road. The grill worked great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to these homeowners for a wonderful property! Definitely will recommend for others visiting the Corpus Area.
