This gorgeous Gulf-front home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and style. Savor your morning coffee on the patio while taking in spectacular views. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home features an awesome kitchen with select stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and wine fridge; designer cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen opens up to the living room, where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the sofa watching the flat-screen TV. The bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area, and a private bath with a double vanity with a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. This cozy cabin is perfect for the two of you. Sunflower Beach has direct beach access across the boardwalk and separate adult and family pools. The adult pool will be heated starting Nov 1st through March 1st, during this time children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5 pm; beach concierge services & golf cart rentals and is within walking distance to next door's neighboring subdivision Palmilla; for drinks on the patio at Red's or lunch and dinner at Black Marlin; it has everything you need to make memories in Port Aransas; TX!
**Port Aransas and Sunflower Beach Resort are all developing areas, and you will encounter construction during your stay.
