Good stay on Padre Island.

Nice, spacious place to stay in convenient location in quiet area. Pool was lovely. Property could do with some renovation (especially the outside woodwork) but was very comfortable and well appointed. Docs Steak and Seafood (just a very short drive away) was absolutely excellent with great food and service.

Great stay!

Great stay. Nearby convenient stores such gas stations, grocery stores etc. Near the beach, plenty of activities to do and restaurants to go to. The townhome has a view of the water with a dock to fish. It was clean and spacious and we would definitely stay again.

The property at puente vista is always well maintained and the views are priceless. The units are clean and well kept and ease of fishing is fantastic whether you have a boat or not. Very relaxing and gives that tropical feel. If you run across anyone everyone seems quite friendly. I am always looking forward to coming to island and staying here. It always feels like my home away from home.

My family and I had a mini vacation here and loved everything about it! This place was clean, stocked, and close to the beach. AC worked great against TX heat, the pool was nice and spacious and overall just relaxing. Our unit had such a beautiful view and access to the water for fishing. We will definitely be returning every time we come to the coast.

Great experience!

We loved our stay at this resort! The AC worked perfectly and kept the unit cool despite the warm outdoor temperatures. The view was stunning, and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated having a vacuum in the closet—it came in handy after our beach days when sand made its way inside. The price was very reasonable, and we truly felt like we were at a home away from home. We’ll definitely stay here again for future trips to Corpus Christi!

I just love staying here it is always quiet and peaceful and I can never get enough of the views and how tropical it feels. communication’s are on point no guessing the place is clean and well taken care of and nothing can beat fishing right out your back door and not to mention watching the birds and seeing fish jumping out of water.

I love this property, the staff is super friendly. It's a quiet location, the units are older and a little dated but they are kept clean, they provide you with all the necessities you will need. We stayed her 10 years ago for my nephews wedding and was so happy to be able to go back. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Everything was clean. Towel situation was a little difficult because of when we arrived (on Thursday evening). So that needs to be worked on to be able to get towels on the weekend.

We stayed in room 123. Perfect location and host has thought of everything in the home. Great view and access to the fishing pier. Gets warm during the day due to the beautiful views/windows facing the bay but like I said host has thought of everything like ceiling fans and standing fans. I would specifically request this room again. This room was 1st floor which i preferred from my previous stay on the 2nd floor.
