It is spacious and has a million dollar view. The condo itself needs a lot of love. Sliders on the main level are terrible, can hardly get open and never closed completely. The patio furniture needs to go in the dumpster. The furniture is dated and worn out, it's useable, but pretty sketchy . The kitchen might be new, but everything in it needs to be tossed. We would not use anything. Toaster does not work. Frig worked. It does have a very old and worn washer and dryer that works, but the dryer vent hose would not stay connected to the outside. It is a split level with very steep stairs that might be tricky with small children or older folks. Comfy beds though. The master bath does have a jetted tub, but it has a high step which is dangerous getting in and out off. The second bath has a tiny shower and I mean tiny. I could not even turn around in it. My husband couldn't use it at all. We were just there and it's was pretty quite. Although we did not use the pools, they looked good. One of the two elevators stopped working while we were there.
I'm not sure why management has not addressed these issues with the owner of this unit.
What you should know, this is not even close to a shiny new condo like the pictures suggest. For the price you are paying, it should be impeccable, and it is not. If you're willing to overlook all of it, you'll have a pretty good time. Would we rent here again, no.
