There were a few issues with noise within the condo. All doors squeaked loudly. The furance/AC is in bedroom closet and very loud. Had to turn off at bedtime to sleep. The refrigerator sounded liked ducks quaking when it turned on frequently. Beds even were like sitting on pallets breaking. Other than this it was great.

The beds were comfortable, the back deck was nice, and it was nice to be able to have the dogs with us. But, there was a layer of dirt and dust on all of the floor trim, on the light fixtures, on the bathroom vent, and across the top of the wall trim. There were scuff marks all over the walls, there was a piece missing on the side of the countertop,the bathroom light fixture was missing a light bulb, and the hot plate on the coffee maker was completely rusted.

The beds creaked very loud with every move. Also the mattress was sunk in no matter what side I tried to sleep on. Did not sleep well at all!! Which leads me to believe the owner has not been on site for sometime.The coffee pot heating element was rusted. Kitchen was stocked reasonably well. To the eye upon arrival the unit looked clean, however the floor were still very sandy.Very easy check out procedures. Be sure to bring your beach chairsUnit is off the beach with a nice path to walk however it is very steep so be careful, there are no handrails and could be difficult for those that are elderly or have knee or foot issues.

Great little condo!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our little beach trip. It was pretty clean, had everything we needed, was a great location, and we had no issues with communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the showerhead and coffee pot both had a lot of buildup on them, and the beds could be more comfortable.

Throw your money away!!

I would not advise staying here. They only look out for their own interest. We were literally left in the dark last night due to a unknown power outage and had to leave in the middle of the night because there was no air conditioning and the security alarm was constantly beeping. They offered no assistance or compensation for the circumstances. They have no empathy for their guests.

Old but Good!

This property is old (think 1980s) but clean and well-maintained. A/C worked well (very important!) and there were no problems, other than a too-soft mattress. Good communication with the property management and they were helpful when I couldn’t find a blow dryer.

Great Stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when finding a place last minute. The property was located close to downtown Port A, direct access to the beach and had a perfect deck to relax on each morning and evening. The check in/check out process was seamless. I was impressed!

Quiet; great location

Location was perfect for our needs; no street noise at all. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Nice big sunny window in the bedroom. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location, Quaint Apartment

We picked this rental because of its central location to town and also that it was dog-friendly. Everything was as described, and the check in process was very easy (stopped by a property office down the road for key code). Our only comment is that the bed is very squeaky- it would be great if this could be replaced, and we had seen this in prior reviews. Overall, a simple and easy place for a beach weekend.

Place was nice and clean but small issue with Tv and ants in kitchen.

The place was clean but there was an ant problem in the kitchen . If you left anything out with the hour there were ants all over. The Tv in the bedroom had no wires so we only had one channel on that tv.
