With vaulted ceilings in a coastal-inspired 2nd-floor living space, the beach home offers views of Sunset Park and all the amenities of a vacation at Cinnamon Shore North. Enjoy grassy, green space and proximity to Town Center, restaurants, coffee shops, and pools, with the beach just a stroll or golf cart ride away.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: With all-white, vaulted ceiling lined with tongue-and-groove paneling and bright white walls, you’ll relax with a sense of coastal grandeur in this two-story, cottage-style home. The living space, with wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, and sectional sofa, invites lounging, and it flows into the dining area for six and into the kitchen. With espresso machine and island with stool seating, the kitchen has everything needed for prepping meals, snacks, and cocktails.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary king suite on the ground level, dressed in khaki and blues, feels beachy and relaxing after a day on the beach, and it offers a private door opening directly onto the front porch with park views. Enjoy a spacious primary bathroom, with a glassed-in shower and dual sinks. On the second level, pass though the bunk room to a queen guest room that shares a bath with the ensuite bunks, featuring two twin bunks—a perfect set-up for families or guests of different ages.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sandpiper Cottage is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sandpiper Cottage the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
