While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

**Smart TVs:** All TVs are Smart TVs. Please use your own streaming service accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). While a previous guest may have left an account logged in, we do not provide or guarantee access to any streaming services.

**Starter Supplies:** To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility. Guests staying **14 nights or longer** may be eligible for a mid-stay replenishment.
