Very spacious and accommodating for large groups. The house was clean and tidy, any questions we had the owner replied promptly. We loved our 3 days here with beautiful views of the water from upstairs, nice and cosy nights with the fire going and wood supplied and lots of fun out in the games room. My only recommendation would be a door on the games room for those cooler nights. Thank you for having us

Best sunsets from house. Fantastic location. Huge house. Short walk to the Beach

The house is well suited to big families. Very good value for money. Good heating and Cooling. Excellent views of Sunsets every night. Comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen was functional with all appliances needed. Could do with a little bit of maintenance. 1/ No towel rail in the upstairs bathroom). 2/ Spa bath has no plug that fits well. So water was draining out. 3/ The SPA jets did not work 4/ The electricity kept tripping out for some reason unknown to us. 5/ Outside pool table was very dirty. 6/ Bins were not emptied when we arrived at 3pm, so we had to leave our 6 days of rubbish in bags in garage. We also dumped rubbish into other industrial bins around Coronet bay. Lots of rubbish & recycling for 10 adults & 1 child in nappies for 6 nights stay with full bins on Day1. Thanks to owner who advised we could leave the rubbish in the garage. Overall I would highly recommend especially good value for money.

Cosy stay for a winter get away

Four couples who love to catch up, hang out and explore what local communities have to offer here in Victoria - this was a great house layout that comfortably accommodated us for a long weekend, close to fabulous local eateries, farm produce, winery and cheese factory - with an awesome vista to top it off

Unique, clean and comfortable!

Property was perfectly located in a quiet area of Coronet Bay with stunning water views. The house has a unique mud brick design, its light, roomy and well-appointed with every convenience you need for a comfortable multi-day stay. Our work group were impressed by the many bedrooms, common areas, modern kitchen and outdoor areas on offer. The property host was extremely helpful, attentive and lovely to deal with from start to finish. Couldn't recommend this property more highly for a work group or holiday getaway to Phillip Island and surrounds.

Good base for Philip Island area

Ideal for friends getaway; property was clean and cosy plenty of beds to comfortably accomodate our group of 5 adults for a weekend with San Remo and Cowes within 20-30 mins. Would also be suitable for 2 families with separate entertaining areas and lots of extras to entertain kids.

The house was amazing. There were 11 of us, and it accomadated us perfectly. The view was gorgeous. Couldn't fault it. The games room kept all of us entertained.

Perfect getaway house

I stayed with my friends here and it was such a great place to stay in during the winter and I'm sure it's just as stunning in the summer. Our host was excellent at communicating whenever we needed them and we had all we needed. Definitely recommend doing a big shop before arriving but everything else (beach, convenience store) is an easy walk and close drive Would recommend!!

Views to enjoy

We were a group of 6 girlfriends and we could not fault the accommodation , plenty of room to spread out and fabulous views. We had Phillip island for their farmers market and the wonderful Gurdies winery just around the corner. We will definitely come again.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, inside and out. Refrigerator needed a clean, neither fridge was cold enough but freezers were fine. Cooking pots needed to be washed, some products in pantry very out of date. House leaks near back door. TV remotes don’t work and only one tv out of three worked. Outside table dirty, bird poo pile under carport and garden unruly. Certainly doesn’t look like photos.

Big house with great beach access

This is a nice big house which is pet friendly. Easy walk to a nice beach. Host was very responsive. However, the property needs some work done. The bedrooms aren’t air-conditioned, so they get quite hot, especially upstairs. The beds aren’t very comfortable, one was broken. Also one bedroom was a thoroughfare, which made sleeping there difficult. Most rooms were very light, they had high windows with no curtains or blinds. This also negatively affected our ability to sleep or have kids sleep, especially during the day in a bright room. The kitchen was well stocked and host was helpful.

Perfect house for a large family or friend group

Really lovely big house for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Only 90 minutes from Melbourne, in the sweet location of Coronet Bay. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and relaxing with awesome views. 20 min drive to surf beaches. A wonderful weekend.
