After a full day of lounging on the warm sand, enjoy the community pool and tennis courts, with pickleball markings, directly behind the house. The community amenities can provide sweet relief from the heat or a great way to work up a sweat with a partner. When days come to a close, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep, multiple flatscreen TVs throughout the home for movie nights, and a hot tub under the deck. The ground floor features a day bed with trundle, a small fridge, a flatscreen TV, and a bath with a shower/tub combo shared with a room with two bunks. The second floor offers one king and one queen, both with deck access, which are connected by a shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and each has a TV. The additional queen bedroom is complete with deck access, 32-inch smart TV, and an ensuite full bath. Head up to the third floor, where you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, deck access, and the main suite boasting a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and shower stall.
