This beautifully furnished 10 bedroom 6000 square foot oceanside home welcomes you from the moment you step in the door with its ocean views, upscale amenities, beautiful furnishings and just over a 1 block walk to the beach. A spacious pool, poolside hot tub, gas grill, charcoal grill and a tiki bar complete with kitchen and outdoor bathroom will ensure great pool days.

Ground Level: Offers 2 King main bedrooms and 3 DuoBunks and a full bath. A huge rec room with tournament size billiards table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, poker table and closet full of sports equipment. The rec room also has a wet bar, kitchenette, laundry area, large screen TV and a half bath. The pool and cabana area are equipped with a hot tub, 11 chaise lounges, 2 outdoor showers, half bath, kitchen with refrigerator, bar stools, table and chairs under a shaded lounge area, gas grill and charcoal grill. An outdoor closet stores beach gear and pool toys. Landscaped front yard, basketball hoop, soccer goal and volleyball court.

Mid Level: Features 3 King main bedrooms and a Queen main bedroom with a wheelchair accessible shower. A theatre room with multi-level recliner seating to enjoy the 70 inch TV with surround sound and DVD library. Den with large screen TV and gaming capabilities, wet bar, laundry area and a half bath. Outside decks are equipped with teak dining table, deck chairs and a hammock.

Top Level: 2 King main bedrooms fill out this level, which features a sun-filled open floor plan for the gourmet kitchen, 16 seat dining table and an elegant great room with a 50' flat screen LED TV, three leather couches, gas fireplace and two sitting areas. One deck with deck chairs and a table and a second spacious wraparound deck complete with teak dining table and multiple deck chairs.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Great potential, poorly managed

House is wonderful, location is spot on. However having AC issues, elevator issues, having dirt and food swept under beds and couches, plus laundry from previous occupants was on the front porch 6 of the 8 days made this an average experience. When reaching out to local team they didn’t seem interested in fixing it as they sent generic responses. Too bad. We won’t be recommending this property.

Good Stay

We had a good experience. House is nice and has a good layout for multiple families to share. Pool has direct sun exposure from 10am-4pm and the beach is a short walk away. Theater room surround sound didn’t work so we made due with just the TV speakers. One of the dishwashers didn’t work so we had to run the working dishwasher continuously. All in all fun time and the property met expectations.

Fantastic

Everything was perfect. Very spacious and room for all of us. The house had everything from boardgames and bingo to pool floats and boogie boards. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The theater room and game room were well equipped and working! Best house we have ever stayed in!

Nice stay, could use improvement

There was plenty of space and the home was comfortable. We had a nice stay and enjoyed walking to the beach each day. Communication with the property manager was good until we arrived- I experienced some issues and did not receive a response from them during the week that we were there. The listing said there were smart/Apple TV’s and that was not accurate. The theatre room was a mess, with few cables actually connected and some even frayed. The main living room tv also was not connected properly and so we had no Apple TV while we were there. Luckily, we brought our own Xbox and PlayStation. Staying during the winter makes entertainment much more important, and I’d expect the property to be an accurate reflection of the add (I even specifically asked the property about the TV set ups before we arrived and they assured us everything was good to go). Additionally, for the huge cleaning fee I’d have expected the property to be cleaner- there was a ton of mildew in the tracks of the sliding doors, in some of the showers, and there was dust/dirt around/under much of the furniture. There were also some nails sticking up from the wood patio. The volleyball court was also not in good shape. We had a nice stay, but I’d pick a different house next time.

Nice house, but very dirty

Upon arrival, the house looked decent. Unfortunately, once we started loading our stuff in and preparing for the week - we realized the house was extremely dirty. We had to wash all the light switches, hand rails, floors, bedding, blankets, dishes, fridge, And the bathrooms were awful, etc. We found hair in the drains, all over the bathroom floors, dried pee around the toilet, showers we very dirty. The air hockey table did not work, we had issues with the tv, internet kept going in and out, etc. We expected the cleanliness of the house to be much higher standards based on the CoVID cleaning procedures that were described.

Vacation multiple families

The house was beautiful. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone. I felt that it definitely could have been cleaned better. Crumbs in cabinets, hair in bedrooms, outside area wasn't touched. Housekeeoers did come back after we called and complained.There was also a mix up with the sheets. We needed to go to office and pick.up the correct sizes after hours. Great idea with the outside box!!

Great for families

We stayed here with extended family, 13 ppl and it was more than plenty of room. Large enough we could all hang out and even all eat at the table together, and large enough that kids could go off and play in parts of the house without disturbing anyone. Awesome place and handicap accessibility (elevator and bedroom) was great, more than we expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house lots of amenities. No need to bring pool or beach supplies. People leave theirs in the outside closet. Pool very safe for small children. This was a big concern. Gates to pool cannot be breached by littles Thanks for that. This needs to be mentioned in your info. We actually brought a pool alarm with us due to the fact this was not addressed. Sorry we had to be evacuated Dorian 2019. Highly recommended

Good for groups but bring cleaning supplies

The house itself was great and was probably better years ago. When we arrived the cleaners were still there (until 6pm). The showers had black mold that we needed to bleach and the drains were filled with hair. We requested a late check out however the door code was changed 3 hours early which made packing our cars difficult. There were several empty propane tanks on the property and the pool filter stopped working. Overall, the house was a great size for our family but for the price I was expecting a much cleaner, ready to go property.

AMAZING HOUSE!!!

I can’t say enough about the house! 25 of us and never felt crowded. There was something for everyone, media room, pool, hot tub, beach, games, books, game room, volleyball court! Everything you could ever need in the kitchen, nice heavy pans and dishes, not cheap plastic dishes. We will be back for sure! Loved, loved, loved it !!!! The air conditioner quit working on one floor and they were out the same day to fix it. Beautiful!!!! My only complaint isn’t with the house but with VRBO...we had a charge for $188 that no one can explain what it is for. We have rented thru them for almost ten years and have never had a charge for using them.

Family Vacation

Property is very comfortable and in close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the beach both during the day and into the evening. We had beautiful weather for the week. House has many amenities that made our stay enjoyable, but the wifi is less than adequate.
