We had a wonderful stay in Cornville for New Year’s! The house was exceptionally clean and well-cared for, which made us feel at home immediately. We loved the location—it was so peaceful and provided a great home base for exploring nearby Sedona and the local wineries. It was the perfect, spotless retreat to ring in the new year. Highly recommend!..
We stayed here while exploring the Verde Adventure Water to Wine Excursion. We visited all of the wineries and spent a day in Jerome. The house had everything we needed.

Everything thing was great I worked with Ben on both properties I stay at . Overall was great !
Thank you Ben
The house was very nice, but there were a lot of little white stickers outside that would get in the bottom of our shoes, or our dog’s paws. Hard to use the outside properly.

We had one problem with finding the property.
We had one problem with finding the property. One email said South Page Springs and another said North Page Springs which made it confusing for finding the property. Everything else was great!
I read one of the previous reviews that seemed unfair. First and foremost, the location was ideal for Verde Valley Adventures. We hiked to “the Crack” at Beaver Creek. We experienced Slide Rock and Sedona. We adventured up Mingus Mountain which included exploring Jerome. The house was clean, organized, and perfectly functional! The Thorns outside? We are in a drought that is historic. And we are in the desert- Arizona!! Who cares about thorns in an otherwise well manicured acreage. Plus, the landscape reminded me of the Texas vineyards. Who cares about dirt as that is the common theme throughout Page Springs. The owners placed pavers for the patio structure providing protection for the bare feet, and to accommodate the beautiful AZ sunsets and AZ monsoonal season. Just wow!! It was a dreamy. What more could you ask for? I’d rather sleep in a perfectly quiet house away from the highway than worry about grass. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. They thought of everything!! We absolutely loved our stay which housed 7 of us. We did all of these wonderful adventures; however, I asked my 7 year old what his favorite part of the trip was: His reply, “The House!”
NOT recommended: Thorn infested, uncomfortable beds and extremely rude property management
I will begin by acknowledging my oversight. I thought the checkout time was 11 AM when in fact it was 10 AM. We were out for the morning when I received a very rude and unprofessional voicemail from a woman at the property management company saying we were due to be out at 10 AM and the cleaner was unable to clean the property. I immediately called back when I had cell service, apologized, and told them we would be back to collect our items asap. All our belongings were packed and placed next to the door so there was no reason that the cleaner could not start cleaning. We had the dishes cleaned and put away, garbage cleaned out of the bedroom and bathroom trash bins, beds turned down, floor swept, counters and fridge cleaned. When we returned, the cleaning person was inside the property and had, in fact, begun cleaning and laundering the sheets. We quickly removed our belongings from the door; we rinsed our baby for a total of one minute and we were out by 11 AM. We contacted the property management indicating our departure. At 11:30 AM I received another call from the property management saying the cleaner was advising them that we were still in the property and taking showers. I again let them know that we had been departed for 30 minutes. The next correspondence received was to let me know of the $100 fee they were charging for the late departure. I did not dispute the charge since we did leave the property late. Aside from this interaction, the property was not satisfactory.
The large yard was unusable. It was full of tall weeds, slump block piles, paver brick piles, and worst of all THORNS. We painfully learned that we needed to wear shoes inside and sweep often because the thorns covered the bottoms of our shoes and were carried inside.
The landscaping crew showed up at 8 AM during our stay with loud mowers. This trimmed the tall weeds but did nothing to remove the thorns all over the ground.
Under the front bathroom sink, we found a pill with dust, a glass shard, an old dusty shampoo/conditioner lid, and a dirty sock. ( I have a photo)
The twin beds were hard as a rock
Overall, we were not happy with our stay. We will not stay at this property again and do not recommend it to anyone.
