気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備
Pros: 1) The location is convenient based on proximity to the family I was visiting.
2) The food at the attached restaurant was great.
3) The staff member who checked us in was very friendly.
Cons: 1) The air conditioning unit leaked and soaked the carpet floor.
2) When we told the front desk staff (diff person from check-in) about the leak, he was very condescending to my mom and essentially blamed us for the leak.
3) The TV was on the fritz, turning itself off after 5 minutes (happened multiple times, multiple days).
4) Noise levels in the halls was a bit excessive, nighttime and morning. Not saying this is the hotel’s fault, that’s on the parents who don’t stop their children from running and yelling in the halls until 11pm.
5) On our final night, we killed 4 very large flying bugs, no idea what kind but large like a cicada… probably due to the moisture problem. But they seemed to be coming out of the woodwork, one by one. If it hadn’t been the last night, I would have asked for a diff room because it was becoming distressing.
