市街地から近くて便利でした
コークの市街地へは橋を渡ればすぐの場所で便利です。私は長距離バスでダブリンからコークへ来て、コークからダブリンへと戻ったのですが、長距離バス（エアコーチ）のバス停から近くてとても助かりました。（※空港への送迎バスのバス停は橋を渡って少し歩きます）最寄り駅は少しだけ離れていて凸凹道を歩くので、スーツケースを持っている場合はタクシーを使うのが良いかもしれません。 ホテルの入り口は最初迷うかもしれませんが、建物の左にレストランのテラス席が並んでおり、その間を進むと右手にドアがあります。 内装は綺麗で、部屋もゆったり寛げます。従業員さんは明るくて、朝ご飯も美味しかったです！

ホテルの外観と場所はいいのですが。
コークの街中でわかりやすい場所のホテルということで、このホテルを選びました。場所については、思っていた以上に分かりやすく満足しています。しかし、その分交通量があり、覚悟していた以上にうるさいと感じました。 ホテルの外観も、部屋の中に入った第一印象もそんなに悪くないのですが（趣があると感じました）、少し滞在していると、評価がどんどん落ちていきました。通りに面しているため、外からの騒音は仕方がないとして、建物が古いためか、内部の（他の部屋からの）騒音や、振動がかなり気になりました。

LOVED this hotel. Spent our anniversary night here on the way back to Dublin. Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious clean and renovated, the waterfall in the entrance was beautiful. Would stay here again!

The staff at this lovely hotel was very knowledgable and helpful - especially Esther. Pros - the hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious/comfortable; it has convenient dining and bar options attached and in close proximity; a Dyson desk fan was available (appreciated by us as Americans) Cons - parking was offsite (a couple of blocks away) and had to be reserved in advance which we did not know; no valet available

This was hands down our favorite hotel during our 10 day trip around Ireland. We stayed here 3 nights. From check in to check out this hotel and staff wowed us at every turn. We arrived late morning expecting to just drop our bags but they had our room ready which was a great surprise. We went up, showered and headed out for a trip to Middleton. The location of this hotel is convenient to absolutely everything. We had a quick walk over the bridge to grab lunch and our bus. The bus station is so close. The courtyard was absolutely the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee every day. It is peaceful and quiet. I grabbed a cup of coffee every morning from the bar in the hotel. We even sent our laundry out the day before we checked out and they had it ready for us by 5pm that evening in time to pack up and move on. The room was just wonderful. We had a beautifully laid out room with nice sized and comfortable bed, great closet, huge bathroom by most standards. A wonderful bay window area overlooking the street. We kept our windows (bedroom and bathroom) open during day and night letting the fresh air in. There was also a fan in the room keeping up with the circulation. The lift was quick but we also used the stairs alot. The key card is easily deactivated but the staff at the front desk were quick to fix both times it happened to us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Cork and would absolutely book it when we return again.

We loved visiting Cork and the Blarney Castle. Isaac’s Hotel is a relaxing perfect hotel to accommodate our family of 5. We only wish we could stay longer. Lovely Irish breakfast.

The hotel was wonderfully located in city center and was easy to find and navigate to and from. Parking was a challenge - although they have a parking area, it is up a very steep hill and requires calling from your cell phone to access the lot (this didn’t work for me as my US phone wouldn’t make calls, so they did provide a remote for me to use). It was unpleasant getting luggage to and from the car but we do understand how parking can be challenging in a large city so it was nice to at least have a secure place to park! The staff was friendly but seemed fairly businesslike and not very warm or overly helpful when we requested simple things, for example - when we asked for ice they said no, sorry, and then directed us to the restaurant across the way who gave us a glass with 5 or 6 ice cubes in it. There was also no hair dryer and not many outlets in the room, and the fan was bolted to a table on the opposite side of the room, far away from where you would get any relief from it. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great so we would stay again but be prepared to not have access to easy amenities.

I stayed for three nights in a comfortable double room. Only one complaint that was outside the hotel’s control which was some late night hammering from an adjoining building. Otherwise the room was quiet. The music from the courtyard below could be heard in the bathroom but not in the bedroom. A problem with my tv was sorted very quickly. Very comfortable bed, much needed after a day of walking. Amazing water pressure made for an invigorating shower. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the city on foot or by bus. ( I didn’t have a car). 20 mins by bus from airport. A half hour bus ride to Blarney. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

The Issac was an amazing place to stay. Perfectly located to be on one side of St. Patricks bridge that was hip and quiet, but a 5 minute walk brought you across to the center of everything where you could enjoy all the pubs, shopping and the English Market. The Hotels bar which is next door, is awesome. Great unique cocktails and delicious food. The Bartenders were very friendly and explained their recipes. Highly recommend the hotel

Great stay
Much fancier than the pictures. Breakfast is amazing, especially with the waterfall as a backdrop. Rooms comfortable and well kept. Close enough to lots of bars and restaurants without being too noisy.

AVOID THE APARTMENTS IN #58.
Hotel and staff are overall very nice. Cask bar has great cocktails and tapas. We stayed in one of the apartments down the street. The 1-bedroom apartment was very nice with modern furnishings and a nice bathroom. The downside is that our unit shared a wall with a bar/night club that played loud music. Th e crowd noise and music continue until after midnight and make it impossible to sleep in the bedroom. You could not hear the noise in the living room and we would have tried to sleep there if there was a pullout sofa. I would not recommend staying in the apartments in #58 just due to the noise. If your unit is adjacent to the bar, the noise in the sleeping room is loud. If you are in the front of the building, you can hear the people from the bar on the street. I would try the rooms in the hotel or one of the apartments in the hotel proper.

Location is great, close to many great spots. However, a few things that made me feel as if it was an average stay…first, I booked a room for a king sized bed and was put into a room with two doubles. After traveling I was too tired to make a fuss of it, however at 5AM someone at the restaurant was taking trash out from the restaurant and made SO much commotion it woke us up out of a dead sleep. Then the shower and sink were spitting out rusty water so, I just was turned off. Also be noted! If you’re booking from Expedia…it says 12 o clock check out, however the apartments are actually 10:30 check out. Not the worst, not the best.
