「Carlos was great from the initial booking to the check out process. We were down in Kentucky for a bachelor party, and The Luxe didn’t disappoint in any way. The house was clean, well-designed, and had plenty of entertainment. 」

「Clean, cozy, well kept and well stocked. Very close to the Ark Encounter and about 30 minutes from the Creation Museum. Potentially sleeps up to eight with sofa bed. Very peaceful. Worth the stay!」

「We had an incredible stay! We brought my parents, two adult children, and one teen. The main level was perfect for my parents and the rest of us stayed upstairs. The kids (adult and child) loved the game table! It got lots of use! It was a bit warm upstairs so we bought fans to help with that. The place was super clean and comfy!! 」

「This property met all of our expectations and then some. We very much appreciated the ping pong table and cornhole boards in the garage. They provided a great way for us to unwind and enjoy time as a family. We also loved how centrally located it was to the local attractions. The beds were very comfortable and we found plenty of space for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again! 」

「The house was lovely and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spent 2 weeks while in town for a horse show and could not have been happier. Very convenient to the Horse Park and lots of food and shopping options close by. I highly recommend The Dawning House if you need a place in the Georgetown/Lexington area.」
