Located in the highly regarded Garitsa Bay area, this compact yet comfortable home offers a pleasant balance between coastal calm and easy access to the city. Just a short walk from Mon Repos Beach, it is an ideal choice for guests who want to unwind in a beautiful setting without being far from attractions, cafés, and everyday conveniences.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator. Inside, it features a spacious double bedroom with access to a balcony, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a small sitting area, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. A filter coffee machine is provided, and Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 24 Mbps is available for everyday use. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. The building entrance is simple and functional rather than modern, and free street parking is available nearby. A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Garitsa Bay is one of the most beautiful and well-loved areas of Corfu Town, known for its seaside promenade, open views, and relaxed atmosphere. Mon Repos Beach is just a one-minute walk away, perfect for swimming or enjoying the sea at any time of day. The Mon Repos Palace, gardens, and museum are close by and well worth a visit, while Kanoni and the iconic Pontikonisi are also within easy reach. Along the promenade and nearby streets you’ll find a good selection of tavernas and cafés, as well as supermarkets and small shops for daily needs. Corfu Old Town can be reached easily on foot or by a short drive.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, offering a smooth and flexible arrival.
