Greenstone Villas are situated in the north-eastern part of the island, only 3 kilometres from the coast. They have been built on an old olive grove, offering complete privacy and tranquility. The entire properties offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian sea stretching right across to the mountains of mainland Greece. Within 20 minutes walking distance is the coastal village of Ipsos, with its long beach and beautiful blue waters. It offers all the amenities that you may wish for with a large range of restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, gift shops and watersports.
The interior of the villas consist of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside areas offer many options; a shaded pergola with a large dining table, an outdoor barbecue, a rooftop balcony and sunbeds and deckchairs all around the infinity edge swimming pool.
Our philosophy is to build luxury villas that blend in with the natural habitat. Reducing to the minimum the environmental impact by practicing eco-friendly techniques and using organic materials.
