The villa is placed in a quiet and peaceful surrounding in the nature with no buildings around for 100m away.
The private area of the house you can use is 1000sqm to enjoy the garden and the trees and the beautiful veranda is ideal to relax in nature. inside fully equipped kitchen everything extremely cleaned and
Other things to note
It is good that the nets are always closed so no insects enter the house during your staying

Feel free to use the insect repellent that is available when being out in the garden to avoid mosquitoes bites

You can leave all the first floor windows open (but with nets shut down) during the night to feel the night breeze but better be sure that the basement floor doors and windows are closed and locked when you are away or sleeping

It is good that you use slippers or shoes when you go outside the garden so you avoid stepping in thorns of the plants.

Be aware that you are in nature and there is always a possibility that you meet wild animals like snakes or insects like wasps or scorpions ,
It is very rare that you meet some but be mindful if you are barefoot in the garden or there are children with you

Don’t leave food outside or the patio on tables if you are not there if you don’t want to feed cats or rats
Feel free to use the compost black bin the one beside the kitchen’s window for organic raw vegetables (not food)

Please don’t leave garbage bags outside the door since cats of the neighbourhood will come and open them to find food leftovers
(If you feel to feed the cats that are visiting from around please leave the food far from the patio at the edges of the garden
If you have to put them outside be sure that you hung them somewhere that they can not reach and take them as soon as you leave the house
There are some trash problems in Corfu and they removed the trash bins from many places around so for trash you will check for the GREEN bins on the sides of the road , (the blue ones are for recyclable packaging like empty plastic bottles, clean cans and glass, tetrapack etc..
Fell free to cut a fruit ,a seed or some herbs that are in the garden but be sure you know what it is before you eat and with respect to the trees and plants (check for insects before you consume it)
Food is not included in your staying, if there is something you need and you find in the kitchen it can be used but it has to be replaced by the same product.
