Een fijn appartement in een huis in een rustige wijk. 400m van het strand en 200m van restaurants en winkels. Een eigen parkeerplaats per appartement. In de advertentie staat zeezicht maar daar heb je wel je fantasie voor nodig, misschien is in de winter de zee wel te zien. Wel kijk je vanuit het appartement naar Albanië
