Magical stay near Glacier National Park
My husband and I wanted to stay in or near Glacier National Park. I had a birthday to celebrate and we wanted to hike daily. We were coming at the end of the season and many of the lodges were already closed. I came upon this wonderful yurt. It was cozy, inviting, and so very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Even with the cold, the yurt warmed up very quickly. We were always very comfortable. The privacy was perfect. Peace and quiet was our goal and we certainly experienced this. The location was close to the west entrance so we got into the park rather quickly. We were near a grocery store, restaurants, and a wonderful distillery. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Even had deer to greet us most days. This yurt is perfect and would not change a thing!

Charrming Yurt in the Woods
This yurt was spacious with all kinds of clever touches to make it comfortable and functional as well. The bed was incredible, luxurious, and big enough for two grown women to sleep together without slugging each other. We especially loved having laundry facilities on site, and a very nice kitchen (though a microwave would have been helpful). Vern was super nice, and we had no problems whatsoever. On top of all that, the location was fantastic, with quick access to Glacier National Park. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Spacious yurt only 10 miles from park
This was a great space. Had a large comfortable bed private bathroom and kitchen area as well as a sitting area. Vern was very responsive to a small problem that we had. Check-in was easy. It was a very private setting in a heavily wooded area. It was only about 10 miles from the park entrance. I would stay there again.

The yurt was amazing. Very spacious and well kept up. The yard was lacking. No seating area to have a cigar but the trusty tailgate sufficed. Would stay again.

Getaway in the mountains
What a beautiful gem nestled in the woods! My kids and I stayed here for a couple of nights after a visit in Whitefish and enjoyed a weekend of adventuring closer to GNP. The yurt was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. Vern was responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your retreat.

Everyone needs a yurt
Absolutely loved the yurt! We stayed in the green one and truly any and all expectations were surpassed! Very clean, spacious, and the host thought about everything! Everything was well thought out from twinkly lights and the skylight to the comfort of the bed! High quality and lovely!

Yurtsville Fun
First, the owner ... Vern was a very nice guy, we enjoyed meeting with him and he was very responsive to any question. His advice was spot on and even though we arrived at the yurt a little early, he was very kind and down to earth with how he responded. Second, the location - this is a wilderness type area and has a twisty, uphill, gravel driveway, a 4-wheel drive may be best during rainy season. While I enjoyed the "wild" nature of the surrounding property, this may not be for everyone and some trimming may be needed. The property is a little overgrown and this would be a lot of work for anyone. This said, it worked for me and Vern is trying to grown some new trees after some storm damage took some of the trees that were in place, so he is definitely working on the property for the long term. Third, the yurt itself was beautiful and nicely decorated (we stayed in the green yurt). There may be some dust in the hard to reach places, but well appointed with everything you need to enjoy an evening in. The bathroom and laundry was awesome and made our stay very easy. Only thing I would change is the toilet seat (personal preference - hard seat). Shower was great, sink and washer/dryer all excellent! Fourth, location, this was only 10-12 minutes from the West Entrance of GNP. There are many choices within a short drive (10-15 mins) for food, gifts and camping needs. The pizza place at the corner of Route 2 and Seville = excellent. No more room - I'd highly recommend.

The yurt doesn't look like all that much from the outside, but when you step inside, Wow! So cool looking and it has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Very convenient to Glacier and nearby towns.

Awesome Yurt stay
We enjoyed our stay at the yurt. Cool new experience for us. Location was perfect for Glacier. Local restaurants within 10 miles with specious food and amenities. The yurt was clean, bed was comfortable. Loved having indoor bathroom and washed and dryer a bonus. Host was quick to respond. It was quiet and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed and recommend 🙏

Green Yurt Honeymoon trip
Me and my wife absolutely loved our stay in the green yurt. There was a heater and a fireplace for warmth, which worked great and were especially appreciated on the rainy nights. It was more spacious than we were expecting, though perfect for just the two of us. The bathroom was great, and we were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen supplies. We found a couple spiders while we were there, but that was no surprise to us. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the Glacier area, and we hope to stay here again sometime in the future.

Cute Place and Convenient to Glacier West Entrance
Our yurt was so cute and comfy! The owner was friendly, easy going and very prompt to respond when we had a few questions. Location was about 10-15 minutes from the gate to Glacier. Only negative was some downed trees that could be cleared out in the surrounding wooded area. NOTE: there was bear spray available at the yurt.

The yurt has everything you need. Nice woods setting. The trains that come through at night may be an issue for a light sleeper but anywhere you stay in Coram will have the same issue. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Launch Pad to Glacier!
We had the loveliest time in Glacier, many thanks to this awesome yurt in the perfect location! Everything in the yurt was wonderful and better than expected. The A/C was amazing and very effective. The laundry unit was a wonderful surprise and the kitchen had everything a person could need. Glamping at its finest. And it was really nice to be unplugged at bit - we even played chess! You MUST try the “broasted chicken” from the Glacier Grill right down the road and definitely hit up Josephine’s for very tasty cocktails and food. I would recommend the green yurt in Yurtsville to anyone and hope to be back again!

The Perfect Stay Close to Glacier
This yurt is so unbelievably comfortable. The location could not be beat. We felt like we were in the woods but not a far drive to Glacier at all. Very communicative property manager. All of the comforts of home. Comfortable bed, heat and air conditioning, kitchen, washer / dryer, shower and toilet. We were in nature but comfortably so! My 7 year old loved it and I'm ready to move in!

Our first Yurt stay!
When I was first planning our "cross-country (almost) trip" from Massachusetts, I wanted to have one of our stays be special and taking the chance on this Yurt was it. After 4 days on the road, we spent a night (and day) on the East side of Glacier and then made our way to the West side for what we were hoping would be some "relaxing" and down time and every aspect of this property made that happen. Seems silly, but we were thrilled to be able to do laundry and to have a fridge/freezer. We didn't do any cooking but wished we had and it was wonderful to have a toaster for quick breakfasts before heading out. The setting was just so beautiful and peaceful. We had "deer" visitors each night before it got dark (which was late in summer) and early in the morning. I appreciated all the attention to detail, from the spot to charge our phones to the various products in the bathroom/laundry area and the philosophical words o'wisdom on the walls - I will NEVER forget this stay and we're so happy we took the chance on something other than a traditional hotel. You MUST stay here if you're in the Glacier area!

Unique Opportunity Near Glacier!
My husband and I stayed in the Yurt for three nights as part of our honeymoon. While you hear an occasional train, the location is right between Glacier and Whitefish so there is a wide variety of activity! While you stay there, be sure to try the broasted chicken at The Glacier Grill. It’s delicious and so close to the property! We really enjoyed this unique opportunity to stay here. Additionally, Vern was a fabulous host and easy to contact if needed.

A breath of fresh air!
The yurt was absolutely amazing! It was clean, open, and brought such a welcoming feel right when you walked in the door! The bathroom made was beautiful as well! We loved looking out the door and seeing the mountains, and laying in bed to see the rain. It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed for our two year anniversary. We will be back again!

Loved staying in the Yurt, the location is absolutely perfect; super close to activities and West Glacier. Vern was an absolute pleasure to have as a host... the only thing one may want to be aware of is the proximity to the train crossing and horn. (Nothing sleeping with ear plugs couldn't remedy 😉) we saw lots of deer and turkey on the property

Great Yurt Experience!
Staying in this yurt was definitely a glamping experience! Clean, well-maintained yurt with attached bathroom with shower, sink, flush toilet and washer and dryer. Full kitchen (but no microwave), and a propane stove for heat and A/C units for cooling. Location was close to GNP, but in a secluded area off the main road. We had three deer outside our window one morning! Property owner was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Cozy Retreat
We stayed two nights and I wish I would have had a week. This was such a charming and cozy home away from home. The facilities were top notch including a Keurig! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had on the road snd the fireplace heater gave it such great atmosphere. Decorated nicely and equipped with most everything you could need. Loved this Yurt!

Ourt stay at the Yurt
We’ve always wanted to experience a stay in a Yurt & this met all our expectations! This definitely set the standard! We had everything we needed ~ even access to Bear spray (thankfully did not have to use) You can hear the trains but no bother to us. Our communication with Vern was excellent. Could not have asked for anything closer to the Glaciers West entrance ~ 7 miles 😁 Glaciers Grill for Excellent food, beer & wine with reasonable prices. Clean & accommodating even to us late comers❤️ Packers Roost was another option for food & cocktails ~ both within a mile of the Yurt! Glacier is quite a Gem~ Gorgeous, Stunning views with Great hiking!! ❤️

Incredible experience
The yurt was the perfect spot to stay during our visit to Glacier. Loved the peacefulness of being tucked back in the woods and enjoying morning coffee out front and watching the sunsets in the evening. The yurt itself had all the amenities to make the stay super comfortable from the great bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as all the necessary kitchen equipment. The bed was also incredibly comfortable as well, which made this the perfect spot to rest after a day out in the park. Location was also perfect offering proximity to west glacier. Thanks Vern for an amazing stay!

"Cutest VRBO ever"
"This is the cutest VRBO ever" are the words my wife uttered as we opened the door. Absolutely immaculately clean with no bugs whatsoever. Well appointmented kitchen. Comfy live edge bed. All the furnishings were live edge or rustic which I enjoyed and which were in keeping with the remote location. Great bathroom with ample on-demand hot water and pressure. Full washer and dryer which came in handy. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room for 2 people. The only minor negatives were the grounds were a little messy from a recent storm and the yurt got hot during the day. But honestly, we were there during an unusual heatwave and were in the park during most of the day. The location was only 6 or so miles from the western entrance to glacier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to the park. Highly recommended!

Obsessed!
I absolutely loved this yurt. Everything from the proximity to the park to the ease of communication with Vern was spectacular. We wanted to try a new experience, and the yurt itself was PHENOMENAL. Pictures don’t do it justice. There are so many amenities, it was so clean, and truly felt like home for a few days. Vern answered all my questions and put my mind at ease - we’d never done anything like this before and I’m so glad we tried it out. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Unique Yurt with a Beautiful Setting and Convenient Location
Our stay at Yurtsville retreat was fantastic! Vern was a gracious host and the Yurt was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was very private, yet close to everything (7 minutes from the west entrance to GNP). There is plenty of shopping close by as well. I would recommend the nearby Glacier Grill and Pizza for some tasty vittles and friendly service. The train tracks nearby are quite active (I heard an average of 5-6 trains in a 24 hour period) and the train whistles are a minor annoyance, but did not bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to take that into consideration. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Yurt in Coram, MT and would stay there again.

What a great experience!
We loved staying in the yurt! It was clean and everything is new and beautiful. We had everything we needed, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We were vacationing with two other couples who were staying in RV's nearby and it was really nice to be able to host a get together in the yurt. It was very comfortable for us and we would love to stay here again!

We loved every second of staying in the Yurt, it was so close to the west entrance to Glacier National Park. The yurt itself was clean, had all the essentials, and was easy to find even in the dark. The road is bumpy, but that’s to be expected for Montana. I only heard the train whistle one time and it was relaxing to me. If we find ourselves in Glacier National Park again, we will stay at the Yurt. The communication was easy and everything about this stay was amazing.

The yurt was great! A fun place to stay for a couple of days. There is heating in the main room and the bathroom which is very nice on chilly mornings. The kitchen area is well-stocked and the bathroom is functional. It was easy to communicate with Vern. As for the train noise, I grew up near train tracks, so the trains didn’t bother me at all. If you want something different than a regular hotel room, the Yurts are a fun alternative.

Our first yurt experience was amazing! Super cozy, clean and phenomenal location to visit Glacier! We'd highly suggest also visiting Glacier Distillery and eating at Josephine's which is less than a mile away... you won't regret it!

Train whistles blow almost every hour.
Clean, cute, cozy and comfy bed. But you can hear the train whistle blow almost every hour afternoon, evening and all night. Seems to echo in the canyon. Rough gravel road gives you the remote feeling even if you’re in a neighborhood.

We had a great experience staying here! It was very close to west enterance of glacier NP, it had all the main amenities you could need, and it was very cozy! Close to train tracks so if you are a light sleeper that may bother you, but I was ok with it. No WiFi or TV, but there is good service at the yurt anyway for data.
