Comfortable Place
Other than problems with the door code that delayed checking in about 40 minutes while the host figured out the issue, our stay was very nice. Comfortable home in a nice neighborhood, close to everything in Iowa City/Coralville.

Stayed here while my daughter participated in a wrestling camp. Property was clean, well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants also! The only draw back was host did not respond to my message near the end of our stay. Overall, great place to stay!

Totally Disappointing
Very bad experience with this property and in dealing with VRBO agency. I was given the wrong entry code and could not gain access to the property. The VRBO phone messaging AP was not working on the arrival day, nor did the host respond to phone messages from a number provided on the web page. The host was not available at arrival time to help us gain entry. The advice we received from VRBO agency personnel that day was of no help. We finally gave up and had to stay at a hotel, an added personal expense!! Later in the evening a second code was provided, by then it was too late, we had already checked into a hotel. The most disappointing aspect is that getting a refund is proving to be very difficult. In dealing with the VRBO agency personnel I have been promised that calls and emails to solve the problem will be returned within a certain amount of time, but this does not happen. I am sad to say, but obviously I do not recommend this property nor will I be using VRBO again.

Very nice condo
Condo was prefect for our small group of friends. Very clean with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and yet close to shopping, dining and easy access to the highway.

Some of our extended family stayed here while in town for the holidays. Nothing fancy but comfortable, adequate, and convenient. Good communication with owner.

Perfect for a Hawkeye game
The Perch was perfect for a fathers/sons trip to a Hawkeye football game. DeAndre was responsive with any questions we had before and during our trip.
