「I stayed at the Tru by Hilton Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon hotel on 21-22 September (Saturday evening).
I arrived at the Miami Airport shuttle area (Doors 5-7) around 20:00, but the Tru/Home2 shuttle never arrived. The airport worker directing the shuttles around that area (Doors 5-7) said that she works two-hour shifts and had not seen the shuttle. She suggested I phone the hotel.
I phoned and was informed that the shuttle was not operating. I then took a taxi.
