Nice location, new and elegant (I was in the new building in the back). There was a noisy water pump outside that switched on and off all night long, but overall the hotel was much nicer than I'm used to. In the center of town, the Chepe trains stop directly in front.

Great choice

I wanted to thank the management for allowing us to store our luggage a couple hours before our check in time. As for parking, I did not use parking so I am not sure if there was one available. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Creel train station. Great location and great price. The rooms were clean.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The owner stole my money! I paid at the end of May for my stay in October, but my plans changed, so I canceled. I received a notification that my money would be refunded, and when I booked, it clearly said “Free cancellation before September 30.” But all of a sudden, the owner stopped speaking English!

Es basico, pero cumple con todo lo descrito en la publicación, esta cerca del centro, hay opciones de comida. Para dormir es mas que suficiente, solo puede mejorar con una señal de internet mejor a los cuartos de atras y mas variedad de canales de cable. Todo lo demas bien.

El hotel esta centrico y esta bien para pasar la noche en Creel, pero la atención del dueño deja mucho que desear. Intentamos comunicarnos con el para aclarar un asunto del pago que la persona que nos recibió no podía solucionar y se negó a tomarnos la llamada. Por lo que no lo recomendaría. Cualquier inconveniente y el dueño no se digna a atender a sus huéspedes. La persona encargada es un encanto y trato de apoyarnos en lo que pudo, pero ese asunto estaba fuera de sus manos.

Está muy cerca del centro, este hotel es una buena opción para ir de paso por Creel, cuenta con lo básico para pasar la noche a un buen precio. Me gustaría destacar 4 puntos: Las habitaciones tienen mini split, eso hace que se mantenga calientita a diferencia del frío de afuera. El agua de la regadera sale calientita y con buena presión - Doña Guadalupe, quien nos recibió, fue muy atenta y amable; nos dio recomendaciones de los alrededores - El wifi no funciona. En general, la conectividad en Creel es deficiente Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.
