The apartment was dirty, furniture and sheets were stained, bathroom moldy. We were unable to stay there. Pictures on the website were entirely misleading. Vrbo put responsibility back on your.rentals which is only giving 50% refund. I lost over 1,000. Would appreciate Vrbo standing behind their business instead of deferring to subcontractors.
