This was place was absolutely perfect! They responded quickly with any questions we had. About a 10min walk to the metro, grocery store, and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely

Flora was lovely. The reception is not on site but they were really accessible and super helpful. Make sure to have local text service when you arrive or get them to send the check in info by email as that’s how you get the door code. It was a great location and a really nice little apartment. The kitchenette had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and an easy walk to the metro and various amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Having a kitchen was very convenient. This hotel was very close to the beach, the metro station, and a grocery store. The virtual help desk was responsive. My room was clean, but the common areas are a bit dirty. I would recommend.

This was our 3rd or 4th time at the Flora and each visit there are improvements. My suggestion for future upgrades would be a light under the kitchen cabinets, a stand in bathroom for toiletries, and depending on unit, ours was the two bedroom, an additional sitting option like a love seat. These are just suggested upgrades for the future

Clean room with a kitchenette, which came in handy. We weren’t prepared for the three high steps that led up to the bed and patio. The room is not accessible, for those who need that information!

First off let me say it is very difficult when booking online without a receptionist they sent me the wrong code it did not work I was trapped outside the room until I found housekeeping thank God they were there up on getting in my room I unpacked and realized the TV did not work screen viewing so I had to text them to send somebody out which took an hour they couldn't fix it in addition to the room was cold very cold I asked him to change the room they said they couldn't change the room so my experience was horrible book at your own risk maybe yours will be better I think if they care they would have gave me some type of discount showing at least knowing that there was a lot of mistakes on their end

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet, gute Lage zum strand und der Metro. Unser Apartment war im Erdgeschoss und jeder ist direkt vor den Fenstern vorbei gelaufen, ziemlich doof, vor allem da es in der Unterkunft sehr heiß war. Zudem ist die Parksituation sehr sxhwierig. Wir konnten leider keinen Parkplatz vom hotel nutzen, da unser auto zu hoch war, allerdings waren die alternativen die wir per E Mail erhielten sehr teuer oder schwierig umsetzbar. Das hat uns zeit und nerven gekostet.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das Apartment war sauber und auch das Checkin und Checkout hat super funktioniert. Ein Regal im Badezimmer wäre praktisch und eine zweite größere Pfanne. Doch im großen und ganzen war alles wichtige vor ort und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
