Welcome to our Chic Scandinavian home located in Copenhagen`s naval harbour district. Just 3 minutes walk to the Opera House, world-famous Noma restaurant, and a quick stroll over the harbour bridges at Nyhavn, the flat is ideally located to explore the city.
Well connected transport brings you to Copenhagen Central Station or Downtown in 10-15 minutes.
With 2 gorgeous balcony/terraces, an open space kitchen plan and building elevator, the apartment comes equipped with all necessary amenities so that small groups enjoy an amazing degree of comfort. The apartment can be suitable for couples, business travel or a small group of friends / small family.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, microwave, coffee filter machine, a coffee machine and other amenities for a great stay.
The bathroom has a washing machine and tumble dyer that our guests are welcome to use.
The apartment has a Smart TV, but no channels. However, apps such as Netflix, Youtube and other are available. Apple TV and voice Assistant is available as well.
Two separate bedrooms - one with a regular bed (160x200cm) and one with a sofa that becomes a bed.
Our guests will have access to the whole apartment & balconies
Please note that this is our home and we are only renting when we are away, therefore we keep personal belognings in the space. We expect our guests to be respectful of them. However, closet space and hangers / drawers will be freed up for our guests.
Parties are not allowed, nor loud noise after 10PM, use of shoes inside or smoking inside (smoking is allowed on the balcony only). Since this is a residential building, it is of utmost importance that the house rules are respected during your stay.
Please note that we charge a refundable security deposit of 3000 DKK prior to booking. The deposit will be released at check-out, provided that the property is kept in the same condition as found and the house rules are respected.
