The hotel is clean and well maintained, it is close to major attractions and amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast in particular is excellent with a great choice of both hot and cold food.

Staff was nice and the courtyard welcoming. The breakfast was very nice. Our initial room did not have AC despite the website saying they did. Thankfully they did have the type of room we reserved available on the 4th floor which is the only floor with AC. The area outside our room needed repair and the bathroom could use updating. Neighboring businesses were not the best but the location was very close to the Metro and Central Station, so you can just take the train to/from the airport and walk a few blocks to the hotel.

Overall nice hotel, modern interior and nice courtyard area. Good space in the bedroom as we had a toddler (cot provided). Bathroom was a bit small and basic which was the only negative. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and good service. Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was a good choice, most of the staff was extraordinarly welcoming. Three rather minor/medium remarks: The room itself was smelling like smoke a bit, especially in the bathroom. That is something I didn't like. As for the provided set of coffee and drinks, the cups were not a 100 percent clean, I had to wash them again and one of the cups had a spot were a part was broken away, where you could have hurt yourslef drinking. Third and biggest mark: while the breakfast offer was really good, the handling of the quests and the size of the dining room was not adequate. At 9 am it was super crowded. Either offer the quests different time slots and book them in, or offer them to go in the basement area and eat breakfast there. Instead I was just stopped from entering the breakfast area.

気になった点 : 清潔度
位置很近哥本哈根火車站，步行只需5分鐘內，早餐絕對出色，不單全自助早餐，更是預訂酒店時已包括相關費用。 住了四日三晚，訂三人床，房間空間尚可，絕對足夠開三個大篋，但房間偏殘，衛生感覺有待改善。

Super ophold med top morgenmad
Vi havde 2 overnatninger på hotellet . Super service og meget hyggeligt. Gode senge selv ekstra sengen på værelset var god. Morgen maden er virkelig god . Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Kommer meget gerne igen. Ligger perfekt i forhold til byen.

Skønt hotel med hyggelig gårdhave lidt midt i København og kun 3 min. Fra hovedbanegården. Venlig og god betjening i receptionen og i restauranten, hvor de laver super god morgenmad.

Very lovely property which is very well connected transport wise. Very easy to get around the city. Staff were friendly too. I would have liked a few more amenities e.g. telephone in room and rooms to be cleaned daily.
