スタッフの方はみんな親切で笑顔も素敵で素晴らしかったです！お部屋も清潔で綺麗にされていて満足です。ただ設備が、暖房を自分で調節できたら良かったのと、冷蔵庫、歯ブラシやスリッパのアメニティがあれば良かったなと。それ以外の点は満足です！

古い建物なのでエレベータが狭いなど構造的な不便もありますが、アットホームな雰囲気でいつもリラックスして過ごせます。バスや地下鉄も空港や通勤にアクセスが良く便利です。中庭はリラックスして過ごせます。

基本的には満足。部屋の掃除、エアコンがないのは残念。簡易冷蔵庫がない。部屋の広さの割にはバスルームが狭い。また、タイルも古く、そこまで磨かれていないので不満。コンセントの位置が悪く使い勝手が悪い。

雰囲気のいいホテルなので好きでコペンハーゲンの常宿にしています。　　　　建物は古くたぶん100年以上前のものだと思いますが、内装はリフォームされていますので別に気になりません。エレベータもコペンハーゲンでは良く見かける外側の扉を手で開閉する年代ﾓﾉです。木製のドアは開閉の音が大きいですし、床の軋む音もします。中庭は気分転換の一休みに快適な場所です。

トイレ・洗面所・シャワー兼用ルームの匂いがキツく、清掃後に扉を解放していたため、部屋にまで匂いが充満していた。排水口など水周りのメンテナンスが行き届いていないと思われ、改善してもらいたい。従業員の顧客対応は大変良く、上記以外に目立った問題はなかった。

レセプションはフレンドリーで5時からワインタイムで無料でワインが振舞われます。ポイントカードがあり7泊すると8泊目はサービスがありそう。部屋は機能的で清潔。中庭がありくつろげます。朝食もおいしい。

駅から５分で便利なホテル

2泊したが、新しいタオルの取替がなく、歯磨き用のコップは一切用意がない。電話で依頼したが、人手不足なのかフロントまで取りに行かされた。デンマークのホテルがそういうものなのか、三ツ星がそういうものなのかよくわかりませんが。それ以外は朝食も美味しく部屋もきれいで良かったです。地下鉄の駅からも近く便利なホテルでした。

大通り沿いですが、静かなホテルです。

フロントの方、ベッドメイキングの方、レストランのウェイトレスの方は、いずれも気持ちよく対応してくれました。部屋が広いので、長期滞在にも向いていると思います。

Slitt hotell, god service

Sentralt beliggende hotell. Hadde rom mot bakgården og ble forstyrret av mye støy fra gjester i bakgården sent på kveld/natt. Hotellet er meget slitt og bør renoveres. Det er dårlig inneklima på hotellet. Hyggelig service!

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Metrostation entfernt und ist daher vom Flughafen sehr bequem zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bei allen Anliegen immer sofort behilflich. Auch bei der Wine Hour war eine angenehme und gute Stimmung in der Hotelbar / Rezeption. Schade fand ich, dass die Reinigung des Zimmers nicht gut war. (Staubige Oberflächen, verschmutzte Kastentüre, Haare im Abfluss) Eine Minibar / ein Kühlschrank am Zimmer wäre ideal gewesen, war aber leider nicht vorhanden. (Der Kasten dafür war leer.) Insgesamt aber ein sehr nettes, gut gelegenes Stadthotel.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gesehen bevor wir ohne Übernachtung gleich wieder gegangen sind. Die Zimmer waren alt und die Einrichtung runtergekommen. Es roch muffig in den Zimmern. Kein Vergleich zu den Bildern welche online sind.

Hotel is excellent, wine hour and night cap hour is brilliant. Hotel is a little way out from main areas but the walk is good or it’s near the metro. Would recommend staying here.

Skønt hotel, med super betjening

Jeg har efterhånden overnattet på Avenue Hotel Copenhagen rigtig mange gange ifbm. mit arbejde. Det er også et hotel jeg bliver ved med at besøge, da jeg får den service og komfort jeg ønsker. Det er altid problemfrit at booke og tjekke in/ud. Altid søde og hjælpsomme mennesker. Værelserne er pæne og rene og der en skøn morgenbuffet. Placeringen af hotellet passer mig godt og der er gratis parkering i gården. Terrassen er vidunderlig at nyde et glas vin på mellem kl. 17-18, hvor hotellet tilbyder et glas på husets regning. Det værdsætter jeg meget. Jeg kan kun give min bedste anbefaling til Avenue Hotel Copenhagen. 5 ***** herfra. Vh Marianne

Loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and includes bottomless prosecco. The hotel offers a wine hour between 5 and 6 where you can enjoy free white or red wine which was amazing plus an hour between 10 & 11 where you can enjoy night caps for free which include premium spirits such as diplomatico rum.
