Wonderful House 8mins from Catamount Ski
The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The pics don't do it justice at all. Our host Vivi always provided timely responses to all our inquiries. She made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The best thing for our group was that the house was only 8 mins from the Catamount ski area. The nearest supermarket and restaurants were 6-8 mins away. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay near Catamount.

Blissful Retreat
Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming property. Stunning views - close to the Harlem Bike Trail and other places of interest. The pool was very clean, and after an energetic morning of cycling and hiking we enjoyed a nice swim and lazing around the pool with a good book Vivi, the host, was very communicative and made the whole process very easy.

Amazing location and pool!
Loved this location, absolutely beautiful. The property had everything we needed and was close enough to local stores to get groceries, etc. also close to some great hiking, but we didn’t leave for long because the pool was incredible and so much fun! Our host was also great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

Big Brother
The owner is a few miles from the property, and seems to be consistently monitoring you. While I understand the need to protect your investment, she was over the top.

Hi Lyndon, It is a shame you tried to use my house to host your entire family and friends for parties behind my back. Fortunately there're neighbors who let me know if they seem to notice anything unusual. Maybe try being honest next time you book a place and treat it respectfully.

Epic view
The view alone makes this place heavenly. Minutes from great restaurants in Hillsdale and sneaky back round to Catamount. A winter wonderland, but suspect amazing year round. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer to bike the nearby Harlem Valley Rail Trail. And Vivi is the best host!

Beautiful setting
My family spent a fall weekend at this home while attending a family wedding in Philmont. The home is very nice but does allow pets and with most rooms carpeted, anyone with a cat or dog allergy could possibly have a problem. Vivi was very easy to connect with which and was quite helpful.

Great family spot
Loved the pool, the view of the mountains, the wrap around porch. Only suggestion is more Air conditioning and big bath towels. Other than those 2 minor things… can’t wait to go there again next summer. Thanks again for a great family house to vacation at.

Best rental in Copake!!!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Vivi’s place! We swam everyday in the refreshing pool and enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch(also a perfect spot to watch the sun set). We can’t wait to come back to this relaxing retreat!!

Nice time in Copake Falls
Great location close to walkable trails and state parks, Vivi’s place was cozy and had everything we needed for the weekend. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would want to come back in the summer to use the pool!

Great weekend in beautiful country setting!
Our two adult children joined my husband and me for three nights at Vivi's beautiful country house. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean - plenty of hot water and excellent wifi. Especially helpful were the lists on the walls throughout the house that answered all the questions before we asked them. It is clear from her communication as well as the excellent condition of the home and the property that Vivi cares about providing the best possible experience. The location has easy access to lovely countryside and cute little towns on both sides of the border. Highly recommended!

Could not of found a better getaway for my family and I. The views were breathtaking, comfortable accommodations, lots to do in area. Loved wrap around porch and morning coffee, spectacular private pool, fire pit with wood and large enough table for family meals and evening games. Highly recommend

Great relaxing family vacation

Nice mountain getaway
Booked this in January when COVID was in full force and did not appear to be slowing down so wanted something that allowed us to get out of town but remain in NYS so no one had to worry about testing requirements to return to work, This was a great property and perfect escape from stress before our son returned to college. We have never been to this area of NY and found lots of fun places to explore and then returned to hang at the pool. The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of seating. Loved the porch for coffee each morning. Thanks for a wonderful place to getaway.

Awesome cabin close to Catamount
The cabin has great views, and is literally 7 mins to Catamount Ski area. Vivi is the BEST host in the world. Very responsive and fixes things IMMEDIATELY when needed. I only wish it had a fireplace and hot tub!! A mud room and coat hooks would also be nice (in the basement perhaps?) But overall we were very happy there.

Girls weekend getaway !
Five of us spent a wonderful 3 day girls weekend getaway at Vivianna’s cozy house. The house was clean and the kitchen had lots of goodies available for our use if needed. Vivianna was very attentive and responded quickly to an issue we had encountered. The porch was a favorite place to hangout with a beautiful view and the house is in a great location. I hope to return and highly recommend this place if looking to spend a weekend away with friends or family!

The photos do not do justice to this house. It's actually much nicer than the photos show.......also....... Beautiful views and sunset. We were very comfortable there for our February ski weekend at Catamout (very close to the mountain). The property manager makes everything very easy for the tenant. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend this property!!!!!

Wonderful Escape from City Life
The property was beautiful. The pictures do not even do it justice. My husband and I, along with another couple came into town for a wedding. This home gave us enough space to spread out without being crammed into a tiny hotel room. It was so peaceful and quiet at night, and was very easy to get a good night sleep. I only wish we came in the summer so we could use the pool. It looked like a really great place to hang out. We used the kitchen and made a family style dinner Friday night. There is a grocery store within 3 miles of the property so we got everything we needed. Nice large table to seat us (and more if you had them) comfortably. All pots/pans/utencils were provided which was a nice touch. Two types of coffee makers for those who love coffee (me!) A beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy that coffee on that overlooks beautiful property. The only (and I mean only,) thing that I felt could have made it better, were bigger towels. This is me being really picky. My husband is a big guy, and the shower towels provided, barely fit around me. We made due, and this did not bother us one bit- just something to note, if you are bringing more guests, to bring extra towels. Lastly, working with Vivi is a breeze. Overly communicative and accommodating. I rent a lot of homes from VRBO, and she has always made everything so seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I am sure we will connect again in the future. Amazing Vacation Destination
This home and it’s host were incredible. The check in process was seamless, the house was neat and clean when we first arrived, and the location was perfect. We were very fortunate for this host given we left the house very messy when we left, and she was very understanding in taking care of it to prepare for her next guests. Would recommend!

Lovely!
My girlfriends and I stayed at this property after a day of antiquing in Hudson. We were more than pleased with everything from the location to the quality of the home. I am a very discerning interior design who notices everything. The home was meticulously maintained, extremely clean, spacious, peaceful and had beautiful property.

Had a great guys weekend at the house. The place was clean and had lots of amenities. The views from the porch were spectacular and was a great place to grill. Great getaway for a large group
A group of 8 of us came here for a retreat before one of our party member's wedding. Vivian's house is nothing short of amazing. It has all the amenities you need and is very well kept. The pool was the shining start of the property as were the decks and views. Within an hour a few of us already started talking about renting this cabin again! Vivian was great after booking, before check in and during our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We didn't venture out during our stay , but Bash Bish falls is very close by and Great Barrington is a short drive away.

Great place to stay with friends and family!
A group of 10 of us celebrated a 30th birthday party at this house. It was the perfect spot! Plenty of room in the house and plenty to do outside. Relaxing weekend getaway!
We spent the weekend here with a few friends and our two dogs, and we had an amazing time enjoying the pool, yard, firepit, and incredible view here! Everything was very clean, organized, and I really think the house is even more beautiful than the pictures show! Vivi was wonderful - she always responded very quickly and was very accomodating.
