Beached As Coobowie

Hidden behind the big pepper tree you will find our two storey beach house.
Relax and enjoy our property with friends or family and admire the ever changing views of the Coobowie Bay.
Our two storey home is walking distance to the pub, shop and playground and has a fully enclosed yard with electric gate and ample parking for cars and a boat.
Upstairs you will find the living area with fireplace, kitchen and two bedrooms.
Downstairs is an extra bedroom, tv/play room, bathroom and a seperate toilet.
You will need to bring your own linen (pillowcase/top/bottom sheet) and towels. Linen and towels can be hired for $15pp.

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, huge pantry with cooking essentials, freestanding stove/oven, microwave and big fridge/freezer.
Reverse cycle aircon/heater in living area
The yard is fully enclosed and includes a huge family size trampoline, charcoal Weber BBQ, kayak and a fish cleaning station.

We had a amazing time at Coobowie. The accommodation had a lovely beach view. There was lots of things provided for the kids such as board games, a huge trampoline and basketball hoop. Overall we were all satisfied.

Our little getaway!
The location was perfect for us, and the large yard made it very easy to park the boat as well.! The layout of the house suited us, the views were fantastic morning and evening. The trampoline and basketball ring were a big hit with our 14yo! The house was well stocked with literally everything that you would need... I completely overpacked our box of bits and pieces! Overall, a most enjoyable experience, and the host was exceptional as well.

Nice views but might not suit young families
While the listing provided was accurate, there were a few quirks with the house which made it not suitable for a young family. The stairs are quite steep which made it hard for the children to navigate and would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The windows are very draughty so it was noisy and the downstairs bedroom was cold at nights. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the yard is very spacious, but the it might not suit all families.

Great beach house with mid century vibes. The house was spotlessly clean, and Itena has thought of everything. I will definitely stay here again, for our next trip to Yorkes.

Great holiday shack
A cute 2 story shack with a great holiday vibe. The weather wasn't great while we were there, so we drank wine around the the wood heater which was nice. We enjoying fishing for squid off the nearby jetties. We particularly enjoyed waking up in the king sized bed with views over the ocean! Cleanliness wise the property was immaculate. Walking distance to the nearby pub, where the food was surprisingly good
