Welcome to our beautiful ranch home, nestled in a serene residential neighborhood. With three cozy bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, our lovely B&B provides a comfortable escape on a generous .45-acre partially fenced lot, located on a peaceful cul-de-sac.

Enjoy the tranquility of the area while being just minutes away from the Georgia International Horse Park. We’re pet-friendly (additional fee applies), so your furry friends are welcome, too!

Cute, well maintained, safe neighborhood. Clean, spacious property, with plenty of towels. I have never used an app to lock/unlock the front door to a rental property before, and I definitely experienced some hiccups with this process, but the property owner was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Once I figured out the app, it actually wasn’t difficult at all. This place is priced right for a family stay. It’s an adorable 3br/2ba house for about the same price as a hotel room. We would stay here again.

Pros: nice area for dogs, hot water was good, heat was excellent. Beds comfortable..Cons: The back door did not have a door knob had to open with deadbolt lock., Kitchen needs work on cabinets, very dirty and no lining in many of the drawers. Bathroom repairs needed…hard to turn cold water on in master and couldn’t turn water off in guest bath Living room needs more seating (only a sofa offered) NO COFFEE maker!!! For the money you pay… I expected it to be much nicer.

The property was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and check-in was smooth. The only issues we had were that the back door window lacked a covering, such as blinds or curtains. The other problem was that the house was not cool when we arrived, and it took almost two days to cool off enough so that we were finally comfortable. The listing indicated that it sleeps 7, which is true if someone sleeps on the sofa; however, there was no extra linen provided for that. Overall, the stay was pleasant. If needed, I would stay again. So that you know, the only recommendation that I have for the owner is to make sure the house is pleasant and comfortable before your guests arrive.

I've stayed in many rental homes, this was by far the least preferred. Communication and access was good. But the stay... The home is cosmetically cute, charming as described. However there were a few unwelcome pests. It was extremely humid inside and has a weird smell. This could be why the home was set to 72 on thermostat when we got there because anything above that and the humidity and smell was more noticeable. The entire floor throughout the place was warped in many areas so perhaps the nice flooring was placed on top of another situation -idk. Linens / towels etc were very minimal (especially if advertising as sleeps 7) so if going to stay here, definitely bring your own. Wi-Fi was choppy living room TV hardly connected/worked. If this is a new venture, hopefully this feedback with help with improvements because the place has potential.

Ants real bad

The ants was so bad my kids couldn't sleep in two of the room because the ants was in the bed none of the doors to the closet kept falling they was fixed incorrectly took about 30 to 40 minutes to get into the house the door couldn't lock we had to take our valuable with us because the door won't lock nothing but two pot to cook with and it said it sleep 7 people there was no place for the 7 th person a small couch that seat two people it was no space to lay down at least it should have been a pull out bed it was not worth going though that and I do have video of the ants all over the stove it was a night mare couldn't sleep because of the ants they where all over the house trying to send photos but it won't let me but trust,I have them,never again

Super convenient

The property manager is super helpful and friendly. Communicates very promptly! The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, while still being conveniently close to the highway. House is nothing fancy but it is clean and there is a lot of space.
