A code will be provided to access the studio door. Guests will have access to the spaces and amenities mentioned above. There is more than one rental located at this address. We ask our guests to respect the privacy of other guests and only use the spaces that are included in their reservation. No spaces are shared.

Payment Schedule: The full reservation amount (100%) is charged to your selected payment method at the time your booking is confirmed. A refundable $200 security deposit will be authorized on the same payment method at check-in. This is a temporary hold, not an additional charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.



Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.



Pre-Check In Requirements: All guests must complete our pre-check-in process. This includes uploading a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification and electronically signing our Terms & Conditions through our guest portal.
