「Great friendly place! The only reason I have it 4 stars is due to no fans/AC, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we were in Ireland during a heat wave. Staff was so friendly, room was clean and we had a family room and it fit the 5 of us comfortably.」

All the canvas reproductions have it a rather fake appearance - one would get in Disneyland …… Time to commission - at least- some contemporary artists to bring a sense of authenticity & while also patronizing young Irish artists…」

「I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help.」

「The staff are lovely. Always helpful and kind. Breakfast is a little chaotic if too many people arrive at once. Dinner in the North restaurant was fine. The waiter was excellent. My haddock special was superb but my wife’s chicken came undercooked, twice. There is no excuse for that. The maintenance team need to do some work in the room to fix a few faults, which I did mention to reception. Overall I was happy with my stay.」
